Just Breathe EZ does not offer Exchanges, Returns or Refunds of any kind on any items offered for sale in our stores.

Colors: The Just Breathe EZ Mask might lose their colors upon washing. Following the care instructions attached to the Mask might avoid loss of color or seepage of color onto other parts Mask. Care for the Mask is customer’s responsibility and the quality of the fabric or the color of the ornaments is not warranted by Just Breathe EZ.
Size: Sizes displayed on Masks are only for reference and might not be standard. Most of our masks are standard size and can fit most people. However if you need a special fit or size, please call us ahead before purchasing. No exchanges or returns are allowed for size differences.
WHY NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGES? – YOU MIGHT ASK..
Because you do not want to wear Masks someone else wore, even if it is for just once.
We do not want to sell you Masks that someone else wore.
The Mask we carry as you know are manufactured by means of medical care, health care and sold locally in the US for the convenience of our customers, it is not possible for us to offer returns as the management and shipping costs are prohibitive. To entertain any kind of returns we would have to incur at least 30% additional cost, which means we will have to pass the cost back to you, the customer. Instead we ask you to make sure you are buying the product you are going to keep and use.
Once again - All sales are final, No exceptions.

Domestic Shipping Policy
Shipment processing time: All orders are processed within 3 - 7 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
Shipping rates & delivery estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Delivery delays can occasionally occur.
Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses
Just Breathe EZ ships to addresses within the U.S., U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Customs, Duties and Taxes
Just Breathe EZ is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Just Breathe EZ is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
